1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the DELIVRO app/website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Service Scope

DELIVRO acts as an intermediary between customers and vendors/restaurants for Food Orders

Grocery Items

Poultry Products

Service availability may vary based on your location (currently serving Yelagiri Hills and surrounding areas).

3. User Registration

Users must be 18 years or older to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

All information provided must be accurate and up to date.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders must be placed through the DELIVRO app or official website.

Payments can be made via online payment methods or COD (Cash on Delivery), where applicable.

Prices and availability are subject to change and will be reflected at the time of checkout.

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or vendor delays.

A delivery fee may be applicable based on location or minimum order value.

In case of non-availability or cancellation by the vendor, customers will be notified and refunded (if applicable).

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers can cancel their order within a short window after placing it (subject to the stage of processing).

Once the order is confirmed and in preparation or transit, cancellations may not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed as per the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.

7. User Responsibilities

Provide correct delivery address and contact details.

Be available to receive the order at the delivery location.

Refrain from any misuse, false bookings, or fraudulent activity.

8. Vendor & Product Responsibility

DELIVRO is a facilitator and not the manufacturer or seller of the listed products.

Quality, packaging, and hygiene are the responsibility of the respective vendors or restaurants.

9. Account Suspension

DELIVRO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of:

Misuse of the platform

Repeated cancellations or chargebacks

Abusive or illegal behavior towards delivery staff or vendors

10. Limitation of Liability

DELIVRO shall not be held liable for:

Delays in delivery

Quality or freshness of perishable items

Losses due to system errors or downtimedowntime.

11. Privacy Policy

All user data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your personal information.

12.Annexure – Terms & Conditions for Invoice Pricing and Packing Charges

DELIVRO – Online Delivery Platform for Food, Grocery, Farm Items, and Pizzas

This Annexure outlines the specific terms and conditions applicable to the pricing, invoicing, and packing charges for all orders placed through the DELIVRO platform.

A. Product Pricing

  • All products listed on the DELIVRO platform (including Food, Grocery, Farm Products such as Chicken, Fish, Mutton, and Pizzas) shall be billed at the actual unit price as displayed on the order page at the time of booking.
  • The price shown on the order page is final and inclusive of all vendor charges (such as applicable taxes and vendor-side fees), but excludes the platform service/packing charges.

B. Invoice Format

  • The invoice issued to the customer shall:
    • Clearly itemize each product ordered.
    • Reflect the actual unit price per item as shown at the time of placing the order.
    • Mention quantity and total price per product.

C. Packing Charges

  • A Flat ₹20 will be charged per order towards packing and handling, regardless of the number of items or vendors involved.
  • This packing charge is applicable to all categories: food items, groceries, farm products, and pizzas.
  • This charge is non-refundable, including in cases of partial or full cancellation, unless the entire order is canceled before processing.

D. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed separately on the order summary page and are not included in the ₹20 packing fee.

E. Order Confirmation

  • By placing an order on DELIVRO, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms and agrees to pay the total invoice amount, which includes:
    • Item price(s) as per the unit rate
    • Flat ₹20 packing charge
    • Any applicable delivery fees

F. Disputes and Clarifications

  • In case of any discrepancies in invoicing, customers can contact DELIVRO’s customer support within 24 hours of delivery with proof (screenshots of the order page, item prices, invoice copy, etc.).
  • DELIVRO reserves the right to review and resolve such queries based on system records and vendor confirmations.

This Annexure forms part of the Terms & Conditions applicable to all customers placing orders through our online platform.

Subject: Mandatory Category-wise Product Ordering

To ensure smooth processing, accurate packaging, and timely delivery of all orders, we hereby inform our valued customers of the following policy regarding product ordering:

  1. Category-wise Order Requirement:

    • Customers must place separate orders for each product category.

    • This separation ensures that products are packed from the correct vendors and delivered under appropriate handling conditions.
  3. Delivery Charges and Timelines:

    • Each category-wise order may incur separate delivery and packing charges.
    • Delivery timelines may vary depending on category and vendor location.
  4. Order Confirmation & Tracking:

    • Once each category order is placed, customers will receive a separate order ID and tracking details for that specific category.
  5. Support and Clarification:

    • For any assistance, customers may contact our customer support team before placing the order.

Note: This policy has been implemented to enhance service efficiency, minimize confusion during dispatch, and ensure that perishable and non-perishable items are handled and delivered appropriately.
