DELIVRO - Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st July 2025
DELIVRO is committed to ensuring a satisfying and secure experience for our customers when booking food, grocery, farm products, and pizza items from trusted vendors at Yelagiri Hills. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds may be requested.
1. No Return Policy for Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of most items delivered via DELIVRO (including cooked food, groceries, vegetables, meat, dairy, farm produce, and pizza), we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered only in the following situations:
Order not delivered: If your order was accepted and paid for but was not delivered due to reasons attributable to DELIVRO or the vendor.
Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive a wrong item, spoiled, expired, or physically damaged product, you must report it within 1 hour of delivery.
Vendor cancellation: If the vendor is unable to fulfill the confirmed order and cancels it.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Support through the app or email: [support@delivro.in].
2. Provide your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and attach photo evidence (if applicable).
3. Requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery time.
4. Refund Processing
Once verified, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, wallet).
Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of approval and may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after placing the order.
Delay in delivery caused by weather, traffic, or other external factors.
Inability to receive the order due to customer unavailability or incorrect address.
Orders delivered as described, without evidence of damage or spoilage.
