DELIVRO SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVRO is an online booking and delivery platform that connects customers with local vendors including restaurants, grocery stores, and farm product suppliers (such as chicken, fish, and mutton sellers) across Yelagiri Hills. This Shipping Policy outlines how we manage the delivery of products booked through our platform.

1. Service Availability

DELIVRO currently operates within Yelagiri Hills and surrounding areas.

Deliveries are fulfilled based on vendor availability and local delivery logistics.

2. Order Processing

Orders can be placed via the DELIVRO mobile app or website.

Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately forwarded to the respective vendor.

Orders are processed during the vendor’s operating hours. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary based on:

Vendor preparation time (for restaurants, fresh meat, etc.)

Distance from vendor to delivery location

Traffic and weather conditions

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Average delivery window: 30–90 minutes from order confirmation.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on:

Distance from vendor to customer location

Product category and packaging type

Any delivery fee will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is made.

5. Delivery Partners

DELIVRO uses local delivery personnel trained in safe handling of all goods, including perishable food items and fresh farm products.

All delivery partners carry insulated bags and follow hygiene protocols.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.

Customers must be available to receive the order at the estimated time.

In case of delayed availability, customers should inform customer care in advance.

7. Failed Deliveries

A delivery will be considered failed if:

The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

The customer is unreachable via phone.

The customer refuses to accept the order without a valid reason.

In such cases, the order amount may not be refunded.

8. Packaging

All products are packaged securely by the vendor.

Perishable items like meat and fish are delivered in insulated or chilled packaging (where available) to maintain freshness.

9. Delivery Restrictions

DELIVRO may restrict delivery in case of:

Extreme weather

Local restrictions or roadblocks

Vendor unavailability

Affected customers will be informed and refunded as per the Refund Policy.
